Embrace your Creativity with fourhandsart
Art Classes for Big and Small
Fourhandsart was set up in a belief that everybody can think creatively and they can experience art on a rewarding level at any stage of their live. We also believe that everyone should have an access to participation in arts.
We very much value the process. We think that the end product is the bonus not the intention. For us, art is vehicle for learning and individual development.
We facilitate and run art workshops and classes for people of different age and skills. We offer after-school art activities, ceramic/pottery classes for adults who look for form of relaxation and leisure.
Currently we workin Kildare but as we expand there will be more classes available so keep an ear out.
If there is anything you require within art facilitation which isn't listed here please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.

Artist and Art Educator
Marta Golubowska is the main person behind the Fourhandsart.
Originally from Poland, she has arrived in Ireland 10 years ago and settled down in Kildare Town where she lives with her husband and two children.
Marta started her artistic education as early as the secondary school which was art profiled, from which she progressed into the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, in Poland. She received her Master Degree majoring in Sculpture in 2006.
The appearance of two children in Marta's life brought new challenges and opened new possibilities. She could start living her dream of putting her art career back on track again. In 2016 she received the prestigious Emerging Artist Award from Kildare County Council, for work 'Be-longing' about growing roots and looking for identity in a foreign country. This became her first solo show held in Riverbank Art Center in Newbridge.
Previous to that Marta exhibited her paintings in Kildare and Dublin and before she came to Ireland she had shown her works in Poland.
Apart from making her own art, Marta enjoys sharing her passion for arts with people of every age. She leads the sculptural project with children in schools, runs art classes for children in Kildare Town, and Allenwood. She curated an exhibition in Teach Dara Family Center and Newbridge Riverbank Art Centre. She works with various community groups.
Marta is an active member of Visual Artist Ireland. She worked with Early Childhood Creativity, Recreate Ireland, County Libraries, OPW. She has been a part of art festivals such as Culture Night, Kildare Medieval Festival, Midsummer Naas Festival, Electric Picnic to name a few.
Marta is constantly looking for opportunities to improve her artistic and educational skills. She does CPD courses on art course delivery and professional development courses. She is a qualified trainer and facilitator, also in the Community Arts Practice. Find out more about Marta's work
